At Lucatelli, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our products include a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our warranty policy below for details on how we handle warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
From the date of delivery, purchased products include a 3-month warranty. In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:

Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or natural disasters and accidents, including but not limited to:
- Burns
- Cuts
- Tears
- Abrasions
- Scratches
- Watermarks
- Indentation
- Pet damage

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from the Seller.

Claim Process

- Order number
- Description of the defect
- Photos or videos of the defect
We will review your claim and respond with the next steps. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment.
